Accessories undergo strict inspection of appearance, engraving, hand-finishing marks, material, and distressing; apparel undergoes strict inspection of anti-counterfeit labels, serial numbers, embroidered tags, and craftsmanship details.
Counter receipt scans or copies may be provided depending on the item; original receipts are retained by the buyer.
Items include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Inspection is supported after delivery while tags remain intact, and third-party authentication platforms may be used.

2. Why are clothing items not tagged with DOG TG?
When checking out at Chrome Hearts boutiques, all United States boutiques will collect DOG TAG. Asian boutiques collect them too, except in mainland China.
3. About packaging
Chrome Hearts apparel packaging is plain transparent plastic bags without any patterns.
Chrome Hearts accessories come packaged in black boutique suede pouches; there is no boutique jewelry box.
Chrome Hearts bag packaging is a boutique silk dust bag.
Chrome Hearts shopping bags: when buyers purchase from boutiques, each boutique can only provide one shopping bag per visit, not one per item.
If packaging is needed, it can be purchased from the accessories category or on the order submission page.
4. About boutique receipts
The boutique does not issue individual receipts per item. Contact us if you need a receipt.
Because buyers must retain original receipts, only scans or copies can be provided.
5. About product craftsmanship
Chrome Hearts accessories are handcrafted products. Blurry engraving, scratches, black spots, and small dents are normal characteristics of the brand, not product quality issues.
Chrome Hearts apparel may exhibit fabric variations, loose threads inside, unclear pattern prints, uneven stitching, cracked prints, or color fading after washing—all are normal brand characteristics and not considered product defects.
6. What is a buyer store?
A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and physical partner stores.
Our professional buyers are located worldwide, mostly in the United States. They source first-hand goods for us, and most have warehouses in China.
To ensure authenticity, all products are sent to our fulfillment point for inspection before packing and shipment.
7. What is the difference between personal shopping and a buyer store?
Personal shopping is usually handled by an individual with limited capacity and availability.
The buyer boutique sources inventory from professional buying teams and overseas physical stores, not limited by location, personnel, or specific shops; supply is relatively ample.
8. Why are some items not returnable or exchangeable?
Since Chrome Hearts boutiques do not accept returns or exchanges on any items sold, items marked as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged.
9. Why can silver jewelry turn black or yellow?
Sterling silver jewelry oxidizes and darkens. When exposed to sulfur (S) or sulfur dioxide (SO₂) in the air, sterling silver undergoes a chemical reaction producing grayish-black insoluble silver sulfide (Ag₂S).
Sterling silver jewelry may change over time depending on personal body chemistry and the surrounding environment; the oxidation rate of silver varies. Avoid contact with liquids and keep dry during storage.
