1. How is authenticity ensured?

CHHES guarantees authenticity through a 5-step process: Sourcing, Inbound inspection, Third-party authentication, Tamper-evident tag, After-sales review.

Products sold at our store mainly come from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partnered physical stores. All items are inspected before shipping.

For jewelry, inspection focuses on appearance, engravings, hand-polishing marks, materials, and distressing; for apparel, inspection focuses on authenticity labels, serial numbers, embroidered labels, and craftsmanship details.

Counter receipt scans or copies may be provided depending on the item; original receipts are retained by the buyer.

Items include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Inspection is supported after delivery while tags remain intact, and third-party authentication platforms may be used.

2. Why doesn't clothing have DOG TG?

When checking out at Chrome Hearts boutiques, all United States boutiques will take back the DOG TG. Asia boutiques will also take it back except in mainland China.

3. About packaging

Chrome Hearts apparel is packaged in plain transparent plastic bags with no branding or patterns.

Chrome Hearts accessories are packaged in black velvet boutique bags; there is no boutique jewelry box.

Chrome Hearts bags are packaged in boutique silk pouches.

For Chrome Hearts shopping bags, when a buyer purchases from a boutique, the boutique can only provide one shopping bag per trip, not one per item.

If packaging is needed, it can be purchased from the accessories category or on the order submission page.

4. About boutique receipts

The boutique does not issue a separate receipt per item. Contact us if you need a receipt.

Because buyers must retain original receipts, only scans or copies can be provided.

5. About product craftsmanship

Chrome Hearts jewelry is handcrafted. Text engraving may appear blurry; scratches, black spots, and small indentations are normal characteristics of the brand and not considered product defects.

Chrome Hearts clothing may have varying fabric textures, loose threads inside, blurred prints, uneven stitching, cracking prints, and fading after washing. These are all normal for the brand and not product defects.

6. What is a buyer store?

A buyer store works with professional overseas buyers and physical partner stores.

Our professional buyers are located around the world, mostly in the United States. They supply us with first-hand sources, and most have warehouses in China.

To ensure authenticity, all products are sent to our fulfillment point for inspection before packing and shipment.

7. What is the difference between personal shopping and a buyer store?

Personal shopping is usually handled by an individual with limited capacity and availability.

Buyer boutiques are supplied by professional buying teams and overseas physical stores, with no geographic or staffing limitations, ensuring ample inventory.

8. Why are some items not returnable or exchangeable?

Since all products sold at Chrome Hearts boutiques are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, items on our product pages marked as non-returnable and non-exchangeable cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. Why can silver jewelry turn black or yellow?

Sterling silver accessories will oxidize, turning black or yellow. Sterling silver reacts chemically with sulfur (S) or sulfur dioxide (SO₂) in the air, forming grayish-black silver sulfide (Ag₂S), a powdery substance insoluble in water.

Sterling silver jewelry may change over time depending on personal body chemistry and the surrounding environment; oxidation rates vary. Avoid contact with liquids and keep dry during storage.
