CHHES follows a 5-step process—Sourcing, Inbound Inspection, Third-party Authentication, Tamper-evident Tag, After-sales Review—to provide authenticity guarantee.
All products sold in our store are sourced from Chrome Hearts boutiques, professional buyers, and partner physical stores. We inspect all items before shipping.
Jewelry items are inspected for appearance, engraving, hand-polishing marks, material, and distressing; apparel items are inspected for anti-counterfeit labels, serial numbers, embroidered tags, and craftsmanship details.
Counter receipt scans or copies may be provided depending on the item; original receipts are retained by the buyer.
Items include a security tag or anti-swap sticker. Inspection is supported after delivery while tags remain intact, and third-party authentication platforms may be used.
If you have any authenticity concerns upon receipt, please keep the complete product, tags, packaging, and authentication certificate, then contact dedicated support for review. CHHES provides the promised authenticity guarantee and 10 x compensation for counterfeits.

2. Why don't garments come with DOG TAG?
When purchasing Chrome Hearts apparel at the boutique register, all United States boutiques will take back the DOG TG. Asian boutiques also take them back, except those in China.
3. About packaging
Chrome Hearts apparel is packaged in plain transparent plastic bags with no markings or branding.
Chrome Hearts accessories come in black boutique suede pouches, not boutique jewelry boxes.
Chrome Hearts bags and accessories come packaged in boutique silk dust bags.
Chrome Hearts shopping bags: when buyers purchase at the boutique, the boutique provides only one shopping bag per visit, not one per item.
If packaging is needed, it can be purchased from the accessories category or on the order submission page.
4. About boutique receipts

9. Why can silver jewelry turn black or yellow?
sterling silver 饰品都会氧化变黑变黄，sterling silver 在空气中会接触到硫(S)或是二氧化硫(SO₂)，与白银发生化学反应生成了灰 black 粉末且不溶于水的硫化银(Ag₂S)。
sterling silver 饰品会因个人的体质、周围的环境不同会有所变化，银饰的氧化速度也不一样。平时应避免接触液体，保持干燥。
银的化学性质不如铂金和 gold 稳定，常因空气中的水或其它化学物质而氧化变黑或变黄并失去光泽。如果氧化变黑变黄，使用 POLISHING cloth 或擦银棒擦拭即可光亮如新。不要用洗银水等清洗。
有些顾客开始戴 ring 会掉些 black，这些是新 ring 上多余的银粉，戴一段时间就会消失。
10. 同一款 ring 的图案为什么有区别？
ring 上的图案和字母是根据不同尺码的 ring 而设计的。
11. Why is the oxidized finish on silver not very black?
因 Chrome Hearts 做旧比较独特，是别的做旧工艺无法做到的，所以不会特别的黑，会有点偏灰灰褐色。
